1.0 Rationale
The Board is committed to its Mission, Vision and ENDS Policies to educate learners to their fullest potential in preparation for life long learning. To accomplish this, the Board has set some minimally acceptable program standards for program development, implementation and review.
2.0 Definitions
2.1 Minimally Acceptable Standards
The material provides the minimum standard that the Board expects all staff members meet.
3.0 Expectations
3.1 All staff members dealing with the level of programming defined by the standard shall meet the requirements of the standard. The standard may be exceeded if desired.
3.2 The standard may not be altered without a process defined by the co-ordinator or superintendent responsible for managing the creation of the standard.
