From beginners to seasoned athletes, this team is all about having fun while keeping fit, and pushing yourself to achieve your best.\u00a0Race distances are\u00a03 km for special needs athletes, 4 km for midget (grade 9), 5 km for junior\u00a0and 6 km for senior.\u00a0 Practices take place Mondays and Wednesdays after\u00a0school from early September to early November.\u00a0 We usually attend 5 races per season, usually about one per week starting in late September.\u00a0 We welcome all students who would like to join the team &#8211; no try-outs needed!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Cross Country Running team is a team that is open to students of\u00a0all grades and running abilities.
