Northern boasts a rich history in culture and languages. Nestled in the town of Sturgeon Falls, in the municipality of West Nipissing, Northern serves three cultures, Indigenous, French and English. Our students come to us from a wide catchment area ranging from as far as No\u00eblville to the south, River Valley to the north, St.Charles to the west and Jocko Point to the east.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000000\">Our programs offer choices for students in planning their post-secondary destination at university, college or the work force. Northern supports strong academic programs in compulsory courses such as Math, Science and English along with a variety of elective courses in the Arts, Technology, Social Sciences and Physical Education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000000\">Our caring staff offers a wide gamut of extra-curricular activities, which range in arts, sports and academic enrichment.
