Students applying to the STEAM program for the 2025-2026 school year MUST complete the following: 

PART# 1- Due by February 20, 2025
Complete the following online STEAM questionnaire:

  • Tip: Draft your answers in a program like Pages or Word, then copy and paste them into the response boxes.
  • Answer all questions in complete sentences.
  • Review your work for proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

STEP# 2 - Report Card Submission 
Submit a copy of your February report card, unless you are applying from a school within the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø (NNDSB).

  • If you are an NNDSB student, you do not need to submit your report card; our Student Services department will request a copy from your school.

For students from other applying from other school boards, report cards can be submitted in the following ways:

  • Scan and email the report card.
  • Save it as a PDF and email it.
  • Take a clear picture of it and email the image.
